Autor interaktivnih treninga prof. dr Miroslav Kuka duži niz godina se bavi istraživanjima razvojnih modela i tehnika u funkciji unapređenja komunikacijskih kapaciteta. Svoja najnovija istraživanja (koautor Ivan Ilić) objavio je u Naučnom časopisu za umetnost, humanističke i društvene nauke, sa sedištem u Indiji, uz najviše recenzentske ocene. Integralne delove ovog istraživanja preneli su i mediji u Srbiji. Udžbenici Komunikacija i menadžment (koautor mr Ksenije Jovanović) i Inteligencija & kritičko mišljenje, autora prof. dr Miroslava Kuke, od 2010. godine se koriste na visokoškolskim ustanovama u regionu.

The author of the interactive trainings, prof. dr. Miroslav Kuka, has for many years been engaged in research of developmental models and techniques aimed at improving communication capacities. His most recent research (co-author Ivan Ilić) was published in the Scientific Journal for Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, based in India, with the highest peer-review ratings. Integral parts of this research were also covered by media in Serbia. The textbooks Communication and Management (co-author Ksenija Jovanović, MSc) and Intelligence & Critical Thinking, authored by Prof. dr. Miroslav Kuka, have been used since 2010 at higher education institutions in the region.

Kao autor i izdavač novih koncepcija udžbenika prirodnih nauka, prof. dr Miroslav Kuka je razvio modele i tehnike njihove prodaje. Prema zvaničnim podacima Zavoda za udžbenike i nastavna sredstva iz Beograda od 2001 – 2005. godine, među pet najprodavanijih udžbenika u Srbiji tri su njegova udžbenika: ● Elementarna fizika kroz teoriju, primere, zadatke i rešenja ● Elementarna matematika kroz teoriju, primere, zadatke i rešenja ● MS-DOS, Windows, MS-Word Internet – naučite pravila igre. Navedeno su objavili i mediji.

Više od 25 godina prof. dr Miroslav Kuka se bavi digitalnom umetnošću, neposredno upoznajući svetska  tržišta umetnina. Koliko su legalna tržišta legalna, a koliko su cene umetnina realne, objavljuje u tekstu Obmane komercijalne umetnosti, koji nešto kasnije, tražeći da objave, publikuje i Stručni časopis lepih umetnosti iz Amerike, pod naslovom Kritika komercijalizovane umetnosti. U ovim tekstovima, na primeru prodaje slika iz svoje kolekcije, prikazan je model višestruko skuplje prodaje slika u odnosu na njihovu tržišnu cenu.

As the author and publisher of new textbook concepts in the natural sciences, prof. dr. Miroslav Kuka  developed models and techniques for their distribution. According to official data from the Institute for Textbooks and Teaching Aids in Belgrade, in the period from 2001 to 2005, among the five best-selling textbooks in Serbia, three were authored by him: ● Elementary Physics through Theory, Examples, Problems, and Solutions ● Elementary Mathematics through Theory, Examples, Problems, and Solutions ● MS-DOS, Windows, MS Word, Internet – Learn the Rules of the Game. These facts were also reported by the media.

For over 25 years, prof. dr. Miroslav Kuka has been involved in digital art, directly engaging with global art markets. How legitimate the legal art markets truly are, and how realistic the prices of artworks may be, is discussed in his article Deceptions of Commercial Art, which he subsequently submitted for publication to a Professional fine arts journal in the United States, under the title Critique of Commercialized Art. In these texts, using the example of selling paintings from his own collection, he demonstrates methods by which artworks are sold at prices several times higher than their actual market value.

Uspešno vođenje poslovnih razgovora / pregovora podrazumeva: ● vladati svojim emocijama ● Koncentrisati se (selektivna pažnja) ● prevladati stresne utiske ● voditi se isključivo činjenicama ● donete odluke tokom razgovora ne doživljavati lično.

Najnovija istraživanja prof. dr Miroslava Kuke, prof. dr Joveta Talevskog i dr Ivana Jankovića, o naslednim emocionalnim kapacitetima – redefinisanju emocionalnih kategorizacija i manifestacija, objavio je Naučni časopis za ljudsku psihologiju iz Amerike, uz najviše recenzetske ocene. Navedeno istraživanje je ostavilo zapažen utisak na nivou svetske akademske zajednice, te je prof. dr Miroslav Kuka dobio na desetine poziva iz sveta, da drži predavanja i publikuje svoja istaraživanja iz ovih oblasti. Integralne delove ovog istraživanja preneli su i mediji u Srbiji.

The latest research by prof. dr. Miroslav Kuka, prof. dr. Joveto Talevski, and dr. Ivan Janković on hereditary emotional capacities – redefining emotional categorizations and manifestations – was published in the Scientific Journal of Human Psychology in the United States, receiving the highest peer-review evaluations. This research left a notable impact on the international academic community, and prof. dr. Miroslav Kuka received dozens of invitations from abroad to lecture and publish further studies in this field. Excerpts from this research were also featured in Serbian media.

Svakodnevne interakcije sa kolegama na poslu, poslovnim partnerima, očekivani radni rezultati od strane poslodavca… ostavljaju na nas utiske. Neki od utisaka proizvode stres, tj. sklop emocionalnih i telesnih reakcija na uznemirujuće događaje iz spoljne sredini, koji podstiču naše psiho – fiziološke odgovore sa ciljem adaptacije na te događaje. Za razliku od stresa, trauma predstavlja psihološku adatptaciju na delovanje jednog ili više jakih stresnih događaja. U osnovi svake traume je stres, dok svaki stres nije psihološka trauma.

Svoja decenijska istraživanja stresova pojačane učestalosti i intenziteta (traume), njihovog optimiziranja, reakcionog transferisanja, oslobađanja blažih oblika kroz procese reprogramiranja, prof. dr Miroslav Kuka je sistematizovao u naučnom radu Kauzalni odnos doživljenih trauma i optimiziranog algoritma traumatskih reakcija – da li oživljena trauma može upravljati čovekom, koji je objavio Naučni časopis za psihologiju i neuronauku iz Amerike, uz najviše recenzentske ocene. Integralne delove ovog istraživanja preneli su i mediji u Srbiji.

Daily interactions with  work – related colleagues, business partners, and employer’s expectations regarding work performance… leave impressions on us. Some of these impressions generate stress-a combination of emotional and physical reactions to disturbing events from the external environment, which trigger our psycho-physiological responses aimed at adapting to those events. Unlike stress, trauma represents a psychological adaptation to the influence of one or more intense stress-inducing events. Every trauma is rooted in stress, although not every stress constitutes psychological trauma.

Prof. dr. Miroslav Kuka has systematized his decades-long research on high-frequency, high-intensity stress (trauma), their optimization, reactive transfer, and the release of milder forms through reprogramming processes, in a scientific paper titled The Causal Relationship of Experienced Trauma and the Optimized Algorithm of Traumatic Reactions – Can a Relived Trauma Control a Human Being?, publisher in the Scientific Journal of Psychology and Neuroscience in the United States, with the highest peer reviews. Excerpts from this research were also covered by the media in Serbia.

Da li se na iste načine vode poslovni / svakodnevni razgovori ukoliko je sagovornik muškarac ili žena? U čemu su razlike, ukoliko ih ima? Rezultate decenijskih istraživanja dualizma muško – ženskih odnosa, prof. dr Miroslav Kuka je publikovao u nekoliko knjiga i naučnih radova, od kojih je u poslednjem sistematizovao psiho – fizičke, neurološke i sociološke dualizme polova u funkciji nekompatibilnih muško – ženskih zajednica, što je objavio Naučni časopis za primenjenu nauku i tehnologiju iz Amerike, uz najviše recenzentske ocene. Integralne delove ovih istraživanja preneli su i mediji u Srbiji.

Are business or everyday conversations conducted in the same way depending on whether the interlocutor is a man or a woman? What are the differences, if any? The results of decades-long research on the dualism of male-female relations, conducted by prof. dr. Miroslav Kuka, have been published in several books and scientific papers, the latest of which systematizes the psycho-physical, neurological, and sociological dualisms of the sexes in the context of incompatible male-female unions. This work was published by the Scientific Journal for Applied Science and Technology from the United States, with the highest peer review ratings. Integral parts of this research were also reported by the media in Serbia.

Zaposleni ostvaruju rezultate koje poslodavac može trostepeno kategorisati: 1. ispod očekivanog,  2. očekivano, 3. iznad očekivanog. Kako bi povećao produktivnost, poslodavac zaposlene uključuju u razne treninge, tj osposobljavanja sa ciljem povećanja njihove produktivnosti. Međutim, uspešnost treninga (usvojen nivo reprodukcije, razumevanja i primene prezentovanih sadržaja) primarno je determinisan individualnim psiho – fizičkim kapacitetima zaposlenog, koji su formirani tj. određeni još po rođenju. U svojim istraživanjima prof. dr Miroslav Kuka i Marko Krunić su se bavili ispitivanjima psiho – fizičkih kapaciteta čoveka, objavljujući svoju Kuka – Krunić hipotezu u renomiranim naučnim časopisima u Americi, Rusiji, Indiji i Evropi. Navedena hipoteza se u narativnoj formi opisuje rečima: od trabanta se nikada ne može napraviti mercedes, ali je moguće vozača trabanta ubediti u lepotu osećaja vožnje trabantom. Navedeni naučni radovi, čije su integralne delove objavili i mediji u Srbiji, bili su jedni od najčitanjihih na nivou svetske akademske zajednice u aprilu 2020. godine.

Employees achieve results that the employer may categorize on three levels: 1. below expectations, 2. as expected, 3. above expectations. In order to increase productivity, the employer includes employees in various trainings, i.e., programs for acquiring skills with the aim of increasing their productivity. However, the success of the training (acquired level of reproduction, understanding, and application of the presented content that has been adopted) is primarily determined by the individual psycho-physical capacities of the employee, which are formed, i.e., defined, already at birth. In their research, prof. dr. Miroslav Kuka and Marko Krunić studied the psycho-physical capacities of humans, publishing their Kuka -Krunić Hypothesis in reputable scientific journals in the United States, Russia, India, and Europe. The stated hypothesis is described in narrative form as follows: a Trabant can never be made into a Mercedes, but it is possible to convince the Trabant driver of the joy of the feeling of driving a Trabant. These scientific papers, whose integral parts were also published by the media in Serbia, were among the most read within the global academic community in April 2020.

Kada dovoljan broj zaposlenih prođe određene treninge, uspostavljajući po broju obučenih kritičnu masu, tada ceo kolektiv, čak i zaposleni koji formalno / fizički nisu prošli trening, kognitivno se osvešćuju. Ovaj evolucioni skok u razvoju kolektivne svesti prof. dr Miroslav Kuka je objasnio u naučnom radu Geneza korupcije – dominante osobine savremenih društava kolonijalne prošlosti, koji je objavio “Makroting institut” iz Amerike. Eksperimentom je pojašnjeno kako u određenom vremenskom intervalu, društveni procesi (što može biti i poslovni trening) koji nastaju iz spontanih ili nametnutih okolnosti, mogu formirati kritičnu masu srodnog ponašanja, koja će po dominantnom modelu oblikovati ili preoblikovati društvenu sredinu. Navedeni naučni rad, čije su integralne delove preneli i mediji u Srbiji, do danas je po mišljenju svetske akademske javnosti, jedan od najboljih objašnjenja geneze nastanka i razvoja fenomena korupcije.

When a sufficient number of employees complete certain trainings, thus establishing a critical mass based on the number trained, then the entire collective-even employees who have not formally / physically undergone the training – become cognitively awakened. This evolutionary leap in the development of collective consciousness was explained by prof. dr. Miroslav Kuka in the scientific paper Genesis of Corruption – Dominant Traits of Contemporary Societies with a Colonial Past, published by the “Makroting Institute” from the United States. The experiment explained how, within a certain time interval, social processes (which can also include business training) that arise from spontaneous or imposed circumstances can form a critical mass of similar behaviour, which, following the dominant model, will shape or reshape the social environment. The referred scientific paper, whose integral parts were also reported by the media in Serbia, is to this day, according to the opinion of the global academic community, considered one of the best explanations of the genesis of the emergence and development of the phenomenon of corruption.
